JMI Admissions 2022 Jamia will release the first merit list based upon CUET Sept 26th on jmicoe.in

NEW DELHI: All Central Universities have begun their admission process with the release of Common University Entrance Test scores (CUET).


The Jamia Millia Islamia also admitted 10 UG students through CUET. They said they would release the first merit list based upon the normalised CUET scores in September 2022.
JMI will release the first merit list of JMI Admissions 2022 to all candidates who have passed the CUET2022 UG exam.
NTA was still waiting to issue scorecards to students interested in Jamia admission.


Nazim Jafri, Registrar of JMI, stated that the JMI had prepared the first merit list using the normalised score from CUET. The university will start classes for those students who are admitted to these courses in October 6, according to the Registrar.
“We will induct students who comply with our reservation policies. The admission process should be completed by September’s last week. Jafri also stated that classes will start on October 6.

Jamia conducts undergraduate admissions for 10 courses through the CUET.
These include BA (Hons), Turkish Language and Literature, Ba (Hons), Sanskrit and BA(Hons), French and Francophone Studies and BA (Hons), Spanish and Latin American Studies, and BA (Hons). History, BA, BVoc, Solar Energy, and BSc Physics.
The university launched a registration portal last month for those who are interested in applying to these courses.


Candidates who have submitted for Jamia Millia Islamia via the Common University Entrance Test can view the first meritlist on the Jamia Admissions official website – www.jmicoe.in.
